The Loctite® positive displacement I.D. bore coat system can effectively apply anaerobic materials such as retaining compounds or threadlockers to inside bore diameters. Up to 120 cycles per minute can be obtained depending on product viscosity, valve open time, and amount of product to be applied. This Loctite® system also allows vertical or horizontal orientation of the coating operation and offers a wide selection of spinner heads to fit your process requirements.
The Loctite® Positive Displacement System consists of a Gravity Feed Reservoir, Positive Displacement Pump, Pneumatic Rotospray (air motor, spinner, and feedtube), and Controller - all purchased separately.
The Advancing Slide is an optional device for positioning the Pneumatic Rotospray in place.
