I. Claims for Loss or Damage in Transit

If a carrier loses a shipment or delivers damaged material from Henkel, all claims must be made against the carrier. The title passes from Henkel to the customer when the carrier signs and accepts the bill of lading.

II. Returns and Credit, Non-Warranty

A. Order Entry Error By Customer

  • Credit will be issued at the original invoice price less a 15% service charge.

Conditions for Return

  • Returned product must be in an "as new" saleable condition and in its original packaging. Henkel reserves the right to not issue credit and to return equipment to the customer if the equipment is found to have been used or damaged prior to its return, or is not returned in complete form.
  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 days of receipt.  An RMA# and shipping instructions can be obtained by calling Henkel Customer Service at 1-800-LOCTITE.  Please have your invoice or packing slip available when you call.
  • Freight charges must be prepaid by customer. The package's outside address label must include "RMA#_____", or the package will be returned to sender.

B. Shipment Error by Henkel
