The Loctite® Dual Channel Digital Controller is a multifunction system for operating one or two dispense valves while controlling peripheral equipment such as Loctite® advancing slides and Loctite® rotor spray units. Process functions are programmed using the front panel keyboard, aided by a visual display. High level control is possible with the fine tuning of both time and pressure variables. Control of reservoir pressure, advance slide delays, and rotor spray operation can all be selected or removed from use individually. This Loctite® system can also be integrated into fully automatic production lines using the PLC interface.
