The LOCTITE® Digital Multi Function Controller is a versatile, programmable controller designed to provide on/off digital timing and interface logic for up to three independent pneumatically-controlled functions. This controller also has three (3) separate output relay connections to activate electrical motors, indicator lights, etc. through the closing of relay contacts. (230 VAC, 12/24 VDC, 5 amps per relay).  A typical use for this unit would be to operate various dispense valves,  advancing slides (# 142637), or a turntable in a work station setting. This unit comes with a foot switch, a universal power supply, and a fitting kit. 

PRODUCT FEATURES:

• Easy-to-use keypad with LCD display screen for entering commands.
• Programs are menu driven; no special programming knowledge or logic language required.
• Can operate up to three independent, air-controlled devices; i.e. dispense valves, advancing slides, pneumatic clamps, etc.
• Virtually eliminates the need for a PLC due to its capabilities and since all commands and functions can be controlled and entered via the keypad.
• It is readily compatible with 24 VDC low level sensors from LOCTITE reservoirs (# 982720  0-15 psi; or # 982723  0-100 psi) and the 300 ml cartridge pusher (# 98022).
• It also includes an interface for a part-present sensor to detect the presence of a part in the target area for adhesive dispensing.
