Four Pole Light Guide, Enhanced UVC Output, 3 mm diameter x 1 meter long.  It is compatible with the LOCTITE® Zeta® 7735, 7740, 7760, and CL15 UV Wand Systems. This enhanced UVC light guide is for  tack free surface cure requirements. These light guides will provide faster cure speeds, particularly surface cure, and longer service life for light sources with high UVC output.

If the process requires achieving surface cure with one of our UV Wand Systems, the optional filter and Lightguide (wand) that allows for UVC transmission is required.  254 nm is the required wavelength for surface curing and tack free surfaces.  The optional filter for the CL15 Wand System is item # OFB1013 and the price must be quoted from the Equipment Services Group.

UVC will rapidly degrade a standard (non UVC) lightguide, thus the reason for the optional filter.

For certain Wand Systems (7735, 7740, 7760) but not the CL15, a balancing adapter (item # 951639) must be purchased with this Light Guide for the initial set-up of system along with a Spot Radiometer, item # 1406024.
